  • Individuals with one or two devices

  • Customers who occasionally need technical assistance

Plan includes: Regular business hours 

  • Business-hours telephone technical support 

  • Internet connectivity troubleshooting

  • Basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting

  • Router reboot and configuration assistance 

  • Email setup assistance

  • Up to 15 minutes of remote support per month

  • Annual Wi-Fi health check

  • Discounted onsite service calls at $80 per hour

Standard Plan $22 Per Month

Recommended for:

  • Families

  • Multiple computers and streaming devices

  • Work from home customers

Everything in the Basic Plan: Regular business hours PLUS:

  • Unlimited remote support

  • Priority technical support

  • Two onsite support visits per year (up to one hour each)

  • Computer, printer, TV and streaming device setup

  • Support existing IT on site or remote

  • Smart hands to your customers. Will represent your business saving trip costs.  
     

Business plans

  • Basic support plan -$65/m (response time within 1.5 hr)
