SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The iVinton “Home for the Holidays” Sweepstakes is open to everyone completing a valid entry at www.ivinton.com/home-for-holidays-sweeps. Those who have signed up for service prior to December 23, 2019, will be entered to win automatically. There is no obligation to purchase. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Employees of iVinton or anyone affiliated with Vinton Municipal Communications are not eligible to win. Residents of NY, FL, and RI are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The iVinton “Home for the Holidays” Sweepstakes opens at 12:01 AM on Friday, December 6, 2019, and closes at 12:00 p.m. on December 23, 2019 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
TO ENTER ONLINE – Entries may be submitted by visiting www.ivinton.com/come-home-for-the-holidays. All required fields must be completed.
TO ENTER IN-STORE – Stop into the iVinton office at 412 1st Avenue, Vinton, IA 52349 and complete an official entry form for the “Home for the Holidays” Sweepstakes.
BE AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED – Anyone who has subscribed to any iVinton services (internet, telephone or TV) prior to the drawing date of December 23, 2019, will be automatically entered with no further action necessary. Only those who have already signed up for service are automatically entered to win. If you entered our Thanksgiving sweepstakes, but did not sign up for service, you will need to enter again to be eligible to win this sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES TERMS OF SUBMISSION: All entrants must be at least 18 years of age. By submitting an entry, the entrant represents and warrants that the content therein represents his/her personal visit at the Sweepstakes website. All entries will become the sole property of iVinton. By submitting an entry, the entrant grants iVinton the right to publicize the winner’s name and other personally identifiable information on the winner’s list and any subsequent marketing material. By giving us your email address, you are agreeing to receive email notifications from iVinton of offers, sales, and product information. You may instantly remove subscription at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message you receive.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: Chances of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. A random drawing to select the winning address will be held on the published date for that sweepstakes. The winner shall be announced via email, or by posting to the iVinton website.
A random drawing to select the winner (s) will be held on Monday, December 23, 2019, at 12:00 pm.
PRIZE (S): Drawing prize winner will receive $250 dollars in VU Vinton Value Dollars.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: iVinton reserves the right to disqualify any submission, if such submission is found to be plagiarized, copied, or fraudulent, infringes upon existing rights of others, is incomplete or damaged, or contains material that is obscene, vulgar, or offensive in nature.
If due to any supervening circumstances, iVinton, in its discretion has determined that it will be unable to conduct the Sweepstakes as planned, it reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. This sweepstake is void where prohibited.
